Dear Andy & Vicki,

I am writing to thank you both for a wonderful stay in your Inn. My wife and I have stayed in a number of B&B’s and always left either early or very dissatisfied. This was not the case at the Inn at Mars Hill. We found the king size rooms very comfortable and spacious. The beds were top notch as well as the pillow options offered in the room. My wife likes fluffy pillows and I like flat ones. The bathroom was modern but had nice touches of nostalgia. The living room area was very comfortable and the large flat screen TV was very impressive. The outside sitting area was also a pleasure. The fact that you sit on a hill, offers great views and nice breezes. Last, but not least, I would like to talk about the breakfast. Most B&B’s we visited were continental style breakfast. This was not the case at your inn. Each day was a fresh baked treat. The egg soufflé was superb, as were the banana stuffed crepes. The assorted pastry treats were mouth watering. In a nutshell, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Thank you for arranging our train ride into the Nantahala Gorge as well as the horseback riding trip in the mountains. We will certainly tell our friends about the Inn at Mars Hill, and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Thanks again, Norman & Joan Burnstine

Dear Vicki & Andy,

Thank you both so much for a memorable stay at your beautiful Inn!  My sister and I were so impressed with all the ‘little’ extras you provided!  The birthday card was such a thoughtful gesture!  Everything was pristine and beautiful and comfortable.  The Inn was decoraed inside and out in a lovely harvest theme.  It was a special treat to sit outside on the side patio and enjoy the fire pit on a beautiful fall evening.  The hors d’eouvres in the evening were delicious with the wine and the homemade chocolate chip wedding cookies were scrumptious!!!  Breakfast was amazing!  The only complaint was:  too much to eat!!  Thanks again for such a wonderful memory.
